Not Saroj Khan's best work. The woman doesn't do pseudo-Western dances very well. On the other hand, check out Sridevi's dances from "Chandni". Same Saroj Khan, very different results.
Now Hulchul is a goldmine for digging Bollywood fugly. How could you miss "Saawan ka mahina" and Kajol's belly dance gear. Or "I am sixteen" with her billowy orange saree which had her looking like two mutant grapefruits tacked to her ass.
Yeah, she wore a lot of ugly clothes then.
